Publisher

This site is published on a non-professional, non-commercial basis by an individual, under Article 1-1, II of French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 ("LCEN"). That provision lets a non-professional publisher keep their own identity off this page and disclose only their hosting provider's details instead — the option used here. The site's operator has given their real identity to the hosting provider directly, as the law requires; it is not published on this page, and can only be disclosed by the host to a judicial authority, never on request.

Intellectual property

Umbra's source code is public and readable at github.com/dipaneb/umbra, but it is not open source: the repository is source-available, All Rights Reserved. You may read the code to verify how the app works. You may not copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell it, in whole or in part, without the copyright holder's prior written consent — see the repository's LICENSE file for the full terms. The separate end-user licence governs downloading and running the compiled application, not the source code itself.

This page concerns only the publication of this website. It says nothing about the Umbra desktop application's own data practices — see the Privacy policy and the application's own README for that.
